He was predeceased by: his brothers, Raymond, John and Thomas Moore (Karen). He is survived by: his sister Luellen Boland (Edmund); his sister-in-law Barb Moore (Gene); and his nephew John Moore. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
