He was predeceased by: his father Ricardo Rivas; and his brother Crecencio Rivas. He is survived by: his wife Nikki Mack; his children, Felicia Rivas, Matteo Rivas and Kyran Gebert; his mother Janet Rivas; and his brothers, Alejandro Rivas, Ricardo Rivas (Kathy) and Ramon Rivas (Natalie).
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to a family memorial in care of Nikki Rivas.
