He was predeceased by: his mother Rita; and his siblings, Jim Hudec, Bruce Hudec (Rhonda), Sandy Hernandez (Benny) and Roger Hudec.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael Hudec and Curtis John Hudec, Jr.; his granddaughters, Angela and Julianne Hudec; and his sister-in-law Cindy Hudec. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
