It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andre Meuter of Antioch, Illinois, born in Venise, Franche Comté, who passed away on June 17, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto and Marie; and his brother Otto. He is survived by: his wife Rosmarie A. Stämpfli; his daughters, Silvia Baumhardt (Stephen) of Grayslake, IL, Doris Damrow (Randy) of Lake Villa, IL, Susan Meuter (Joe Harford) of Grayslake, IL and Violet Meuter of Huntington Beach, CA; and his grandchildren, Jakob, Benjamin Baumhardt and Victoria Meuter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society are appreciated in Andre's memory.
