He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lathrop and Teressa Lathrop (Bard); and his sister Helen Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Decker; his children, Jeffrey Lathrop and Kim Lathrop; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Walker of Wausau, WI, Joellen Gibeaut (Ed), Kenosha and Mike Bowen (Janet).
