He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris E. Foes and Laura F. Foes (Rakestraw); and his brother Gerald Foes. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ratliff; his children, Heather Grubb (Chris) of Milton and Matt Foes of Sheffield; his grandchildren, Lauren, Hayden Grubb, Abby and Ella Foesone; his sister Joyce Dixon of Peoria, Illinois; and his stepsisters, Marlene Etheridge of Princeton and Connie Jaggers of Sheffield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Sheffied and the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation.
