He is survived by: his wife Connie Sand of Annawan, IL; his children, Paula Hay (Buddy) of Moline, IL, Lonnie Franks of Gary, IN and Mick Franks (Kris) of Walnut, IL; his siblings, Karen Atwell (Les), Jerry Franks (Mary Kay), Len Franks (Deb) and Kennard Franks Jr. (Jan); his grandchildren, Adam, Stephanie Hay, Haley Fisch (Alex), Brady Franks (Sydney) and Cheyenne Bruno (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Franks, Maverick Fisch, Rebekah Bruno and Junior Bruno.
