She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Chambers and Ruth Chambers (Swails); her stepfather Howard Rhoades; her husband Lynn W. Neuleib; and her brothers, Jim Chambers and Dennis Eugene Chambers.

She is survived by: her children, Katrina "Sis" Neuleib of Annawan, Kurt Neuleib (Monica) of Heyworth, IL, Ky Neuleib (Denise) of Springfield, MO and Kevin Neuleib (Michele) of Annawan; her grandchildren, Lauren Neuleib, Levi Neuleib, Caleb Neuleib, Noah Hines, Uriah, Jaydn and Drew; her sisters, Charlotte Goodrich (Dale) of Geneseo, Rose VanHyfte (late Bill) of Annawan and Barbara Warfel (Lyle) of Arcola, IL; and her sister-in-law Janet Chambers of Pawnee, IL..
