She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Duncan and Viola Duncan (Price); and her husband Paul S. Specht. She is survived by: her former husband Joe Kegolis; her sons, Joseph Specht (Rita) of Lyndon, IL, Mike Specht, Paul Specht (Jamie), John Specht (Carla), Roy Specht (Nancy), Ray Specht (Maureen), Charles Specht (Marina), Kiev and Ukraine; her brother Billy Duncan of Hodgenville, KY; and her sister-in-law Marie Duncan of Atherton Ville, KY.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and eight step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Mary of the Field Catholic Church, the Annawan/ Alba Rescue Squad, American Cancer Society or a charity of donor's choice.
