He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryce Nordstrom and Mary Nordstrom (Slover); his wife DeLores; his siblings-in-law, Betty Hicks and Fred Hicks; and his friend Michael.
He is survived by: his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Amy Nordstrom of Toluca; his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Chris Goodley of Annawan; his son Matt; his daughter-in-law Annetta Nordstrom of Annawan; his grandchildren, Alex, Linnea, Bryce and Noah Nordstrom; his sisters, Lynn Dunn, Carol Paschedag (Dennis) and Joanne Milojevich (Chris); and his siblings-in-law, Russell, Jeanette Hicks, Bill and Kelly Hicks. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be directed to a scholarship fund that will be established in his name.
