He was predeceased by: his parent Tracy DeMay (Greenhagen); his grandparents, Charles DeMay, Pam Greenhagen and Coleen Moody; and his great-grandparents, Edward, Marguerite DeMay, Ruth, Arla Greenhagen, Darrell Bristol, Joan, Coley Johnston, Florence and Fred VanVooren.
He is survived by: his parent Terry DeMay (Tracy) of Annawan; his brother Ethan DeMay of Annawan; his grandparents, Marlene DeMay of Annawan and Dennis Greenhagen of Nashville, TN; his great-grandparent Virginia Bristol; and his uncles, Mike DeMay (Chris), Tom DeMay (Trilla), Scott Greenhagen (Dawn) and Jason Greenhagen (Kyle).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Logan DeMay Memorial Fund.
