He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shambaugh and Catherine Shambaugh (McKenzie); his wife Patricia A. DeConinck; and his brother Dean. He is survived by: his children, Laurie Miller (Paul), Melinda Haverland (Butch), William Shambaugh and Jamie Shambaugh; his grandchildren, Jessica Hutchinson, Max Haverland (Meghan), Mick Haverland, Michael Miller and Sean Miller; his great grandchildren, Memphis and Tate; and his siblings, Kenny Shambaugh (Mary Ellen), Ellen Schmidt of Colfax, WI and Linda Redmond.
