He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddis Stout and Cora Stout (King); and his siblings, Earl Stout and Margaret Berlin. He is survived by: his girlfriend JoAnn Cathelyn; and his children, Donna DeReu (Mike), Jeri Baker (Danny), Mike Stout (Jodi), Terry Stout, Bobbe Stout (Pam) and Francis Stout (Becky). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
