It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall J. Decker of Annapolis, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lonnie Decker and Dortha Decker of Annapolis Illinois; his siblings, Reba McCarty and Montie Decker (Pete); his significant other Dorothy; his sons, Ricky and Lonnie; his grandchild Risa; his parent-in-law Angel; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Decker (Amanda), Josh Benton (Sam), Cody Hout (Whitney), Devin Hightshoe (Misty), JD Decker, Loni Baird (Travis) and Riki Decker.
