He is survived by: his wife Donna Stephens of West Liberty, Illinois; his daughter Kimberly Dallmier of Olney, Illinois; his grandchildren, Rylie Allen (Travis) of West Salem and Ryan Dallmier of West Liberty, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Isabella and Maverick; his brothers, John Stephens of Olney and Rick Stephens of Robinson, Illinois.; and also Reba Stephens of Oblong, Illinois.
