He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold O. Stephens and Kathryn Stephens (Vaughn); his brothers, David Stephens, Glen Stephens and Ray Stephens; and his sister-in-law Shirley Stephens.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ralph (Millie Stephens), Paul (Rosemary Stephens) and Nancy; and his siblings-in-law, Rolland Hill of Annapolis, IL and Rita Stephens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the "Prairie Licking Fire Protection District", and envelopes will be available at the church hall.
