It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice R. Davis (Annapolis, Illinois), born in Hutsonville, Illinois, who passed away on March 14, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Callahan and Clara Fern Callahan (Shew); her husband James Ed Davis; her siblings, Graydon, Herman, Dilbert Callahan, Lyle, Orel Callahan and Agnes "Peg" Bond; her stepsister Kate Atwood; her cousins, Max Shew, Neal Shew, Frank Shew and Margaret Otey; and her nephew James Callahan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Hutsonville High School Alumni Association with envelopes available at the funeral home.
