He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cunningham and Doris Cunningham (Mitchell); and his sister Jackie Cottrel. He is survived by: his sister Connie Foster of St. Petersburg, FL; his niece Melissa Lamy (Michael) of St. Petersburg, FL; and his great-niece Alyssa Lamy (Anne) of St. Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
