He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence W. Cook and Juanita J. Cook (Noble); his siblings, Betty Allen, Wilma Lacy and Mike Cook; and his siblings-in-law, Bob and Norma Graham.
He is survived by: his wife Dena Cook of Anna; his children, Melissa Graham of Jackson, Missouri and BJ Cook of Anna; his grandchildren, Aniyah Graham, Gracie, Bella Cook and Zoe Hochstetler; and his brother Larry Cook (Linda) of Dongola. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home (301 W Spring St, Anna, IL 62906). A masonic service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
