With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Gene Gaddis (Anna, Illinois), who passed away on March 23, 2024 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Gene Gaddis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Gaddis and Lois Eileen Gaddis (Nordmeyer); and his siblings, Margaret Louise Gaddis and Eddie Gaddis. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Gaddis of Anna and Joshua Johns (Nikki) of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Mykayla Parr, Alexis Eddleman, Lucas, Avery Smith and Jackson Johns; his siblings, Shirley Montgomery (Gorden) of Goreville, Nina Shepard (Jack) of Ullin, Larry Gaddis (Kelly) of Dongola, Tammy Gaddis of Tyler, TX and Tony Gaddis (Sharity) of Alto Pass; and his close friends, Rodney Cross (Debbie) of Jonesboro and Dick Kristoff of Lick Creek. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; great-nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are preferred to SIH Cancer Center.
