With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Ann Johnson of Anna, Illinois, born in Vienna, Illinois, who passed away on March 13, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Murphy and Nellie Murphy (Cates); her husband Harry Johnson; and her sister Juanita Demming. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Willis (Larry) of Buncombe and Kelly Murphy (Gene) of Cape Girardeau, MO; her grandchildren, Heather Wright (Todd Brown), Kyle Willis (Sarah Merz) and Jared Johnson; her great grandchild Aleshia Wright; her nephew Mick Demming (Mary Jo); and her niece Sharon Kay Mosko.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
