She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ervin Spurlock and Virgie Spurlock (Nix); her husband Riley Stockton; her children, Perry Whitaker, Susan Cundiff and Kathrina Whitaker; her siblings, Roger Spurlock, Dana Spurlock and Ramona Clark; her caregiver Brenda; her son Jeremy Whitaker; and her sister Patsy Sue Spurlock. She was also cherished by three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
