He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bell and Rosalee Bell; and his siblings, Barbara Turner and Howard Bell. He is survived by: his wife Teri Bell; his children, Michael Bell Jr. (Crystal Charles) of Jonesboro and Molly Bell (Anthony Bailey) of Anna; his grandchildren, Kassidy Baber of Wolflake, Steven Bell of Jonesboro, Kember Davis of Anna, Raylynn, Raydyan Taylor of Anna and Clemetine Baber; his father-in-law Earl Rains of Anna; and his siblings, Brenda Rains (Yotti) of Jonesboro, Gene and Dwayne Bell of Anna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
