It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Gold (Anna, Illinois), born in Creve Coeur, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Gold and Dulcie Gold (Gooding); his spouse Darlene Whittaker; and his son Robert Gold. He is survived by: his children, Tim Gold (Rose) of Pekin, Mark Gold of East Peoria, Angela McCart (Butch) of Congerville and Julie Taylor (Tim) of Ava. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; other relatives; and a host of friends.
