He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe and Maggie Mae Landis (Phillips); and his siblings, Jack Landis, Edna Vines, Carl Landis, Anna Mae Strickland, Floyd Landis, Judy Yancy, Onida Davis and Leota Manus.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Landis of Anna; his sons, Jeff Landis (Jeannie) of Anna, Greg Landis (Sandy) of Anna and Kenny Landis (Darlene) of Anna; his grandchildren, Amanda Bridgford (Evan), Adam Landis (Leah), Chris Landis, Evan Landis (Kate) and Ethan Landis; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Bentley and Adalyn Landis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
