We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2024, at the age of 97, Kathryn Marie Halter of Anna, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Simpson and Ruby Elizabeth [Smith] Haney of Cape Girardeau, MO.; and her sisters, Colleen Reading (John) of Aldie, VA., Shirl R. Cunningham (William) of Anna, IL., Elizabeth J "Betty" and Mary Sue Newell (Robert) of Fairview Heights, IL..
She is survived by: her husband William Halter I; her grandchildren, Amanda and Will Halter of Anna; and her great grandchild Aubrey Burns. She is also survived by four nieces and nine nephews; other relatives.
