He was predeceased by: his father Robert Ferrell Eubanks; his grandparents, Seburn, Maxine Arnold, Albert and Dorothy Eubanks; and his aunts and uncles, Vickie Neunlist, Phyllis Eubanks, Pat Eubanks, Mary Lou Eubanks, Harry Eubanks, Al Eubanks and Jerry Eubanks.
He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Sue (Arnold); his son Christopher Blake Eubanks of Anna; his brother Sean Eubanks (Tonna) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his uncles, Tom (Joyce Arnold), Richard (Kellie Eubanks) and Sam Neunlist of Thompsonville; his aunt Juanita Seweers of Michigan; and his nephew Vance E. Eubanks of Iowa.
Memorials may be made in Josh's honor to Faith Lutheran Church or the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
