It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnnie Foster Sr. of Anna, Illinois, born in Perks, Illinois, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Foster and Aileen Foster (Chesney); his daughter Michelle Renee Foster; and his siblings, Mary Lou, Mary Ann, Rosemary and Dewey.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Foster of Anna; his children, John Foster Jr. of Mounds and Jennifer Renae Foster of Anna; his stepdaughter Crystal Sue Shepard of Cape Girardeau, MO; his grandchildren, Trae Foster, Olivia Foster and Jonathon Foster; his stepgrandson Pierce Shepard; his great grandchild Reiss Foster; and his siblings, Shirley, Dorothy and Holly. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
