She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Macy and Myrtle Macy (Gilbreath); her spouse Merle R. Smith; and her brother William Macy. She is survived by: her stepdaughter June Qualls; her granddaughter Stephanie Rhodes; and her nephew Gaylon Cruse (Goldie). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
