He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Lee; and his wife Brenda Sue Brown. He is survived by: his mother Janelle Phillips (Nichols); his children, DJ Phillips (Matt Nobles) and Jessica Phillips; his sister Candy Walters (Gregg); his nieces, Blake Bennett (Isaac), Samantha Smallberger (Alex) and Alexa Leech (Ben); and his caregiver Judy Pind.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
