He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora McNeely and Inez McNeely (Craddock); and his siblings, Joe McNeely and Marie Berg. He is survived by: his wife Barbara McNeely (Ellison) of Anna; and his children, Donna Eakley (Dennis) of Carrollton, GA, Rebecca Brescia of Anna and Robert McNeely of Rockford. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
