Dale left this world on June 13, 2024 at the age of 69, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie D. Pender and Vernita May Pender (Miller); and his brother Randy Gayle Pender. He is survived by: his children, Kim Dillon (Adam) of Anna, Travis "T. J." Pender of Missouri and Randy Pender of Peoria; his grandchildren, Logan Thompson, Niya and Bella; and his brothers, Danny Pender (Martha) of Marion, Darrell Pender (Cindy) of Jonesboro and Dennis Pender of Alto Pass. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Marion VA Medical Center.
