He was predeceased by: his mother Joann Boatright (Fiala); his birth mother Betty Turner; his father Vernon Boatright; his grandparents, Vernie and Nola Boatright; his son Jackie Dale Boatright; his siblings, Cecil Lee Boatright and Lori Machelle Boatright; and his half-siblings, Todd Oosterink and Dana Oosterink.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Harris (Randy) of Harrisburg, Heather Boatright of Anna and Jennifer Wetherington (Ben) of Sullivan, Indiana; his grandchildren, Makenzie Tuttle (Tyler), Dylan McDowell, Jayden Boatright and Lili Wetherington; his great grandchildren, Tex and Tayson Tuttle; his grandchildren, Ladell Pennington and Levi Nelson; his sister Karen Toler (Bobby) of Jonesboro; his half-brother Steven Oosterink of Bradenton, FL; and also, Olyvia Nelson (Glenn) of Karnak, Sylvia Grim of McClure, Grace Girtman of Anna and Kyle English of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by cousins; nieces; nephew; great niece and nephews; other relatives and many close friends.
Memorial contributions are preferred to Shriner's Hospital for Children or St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
