He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Spurlock of Anna and Phyllis Gunther of Paducah; his sisters, Jenny Brown of Carmi and Rebecca Pender of Paducah; his nieces and nephews, Dylan Brown (Cassie), Matthew Brown, Megan Spurlock, Toni Pender and Bailey Pender; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dagan, Kyra, Chloe Hill, Bella Brown, Kendyl Goins, Ellie Dutton, Iver Fox, Asher Fox and Riley Harris; and his aunts and uncles, Mark Spurlock (Clara) of Mt. Pleasant, Frank Spurlock (Pam) of Decatur, Rita Hancock of Jonesboro, Carolyn Leverett (Mike) of Galatia and Sharon Jones of Cypress. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends, including his family and friends.
