He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Williams and Erline Williams (Brown); his wife Louise Heisner; his son Shawn Williams; his sons-in-law, Michael Brazel and Alan Morgan; his grandsons, Micah Williams and Ashton Brazel; his great grandchild Adleigh Cuevos; and his siblings, Harold Williams and Patty Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Mona Morgan, Melody Williams-Bassett, Dawn Holmes, Judith Halter (Billy), Heather Walker (Michael), Holly Barringer (Dean), Robin Brazel, Tammy Ridens (Chuck), Belinda Robertson (Dan), Jessica Haines (Lewis), Luciann Barnitz (John), Anthony Williams (Andrea) and Timothy Crippen; his foster children, Bruce and Louise; and his siblings, Sherry Parr (LaRue), Michael Williams (Carroll) and Billy Williams (Donna). He is also survived by 43 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren.
