He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Macy and Ann D. Macy (O'Brien); his brother John Macy (Jasmin "Jess" Macy); and his stepdaughter Mary-Kate. He is survived by: his spouse Jasmin "Jess" Macy; his children, Lynn P. Gelinas (Scott) of Port St and Matthew P Macy (Kerri) of Anna, IL.; his stepchildren, Lucinda "Cindi" Swan of Anna, IL., Matthew T Swan (Shannon) of Blue Point, NY and Thomas D Swan (Sandy) of Blue Point, NY.; his grandchildren, Parker Gelinas, Riley Gelinas, Alexa Macy, Thomas Macy, Cadence Ross, Kennedy Comfort, Brooke Yander, McKenna Yander, Sarah Swan, Nate Swan and JT Swan; and his brothers, Michael Macy and Drew Macy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Illinois Elks Children's Care Corporation or may be made at Anna-Jonesboro Elks Lodge # 1641.
