He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Dammann and Ada Dammann (Banes); his stepmother Hazel; and his brothers, Jesse, Charles, Thomas, Joseph and Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn A. Frink; his sons, Steve Dammann (Sue) of Texas and Bruce Dammann (Cathy) of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Nick Dammann (Mallory) of Illinois, Alex Dammann of Wisconsin and Emma Perreth (Sam) of Oregon; his niece Myra Jean Dagon; his nephews, Charles Dammann (Marilyn) and Philip Dammann (Madeleine); and his friend Orville Brown.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church of Anna.
