She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kratzer and Marlene McCarthey Kratzer; and her brother John Kratzer. She is survived by: her husband David Westerlund; her children, Kendra Byrd and Joseph Byrd (Sarah); her stepdaughter Krista Gordon (Michael); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Nicholas (Addison), Noah, Chandler and Parker; her great grandchildren, Lincoln and Gavin; her sisters, Connie Marberry (John), Pam Tittle (Tim) and Sandy Cook (Richard) of Rosemont, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Lynn Lawson (Richard), Diane Gainey (Brad) and Mike Westerlund (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
