She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Rehn and Doris Rehn (Stark); her husband Roger D. Underwood; and her brother Roy Rehn. She is survived by: her sons, Tim Underwood (Katie) and Scott Underwood (Rhobie); her grandchildren, David and Lizzy; and her brothers, Robert Rehn (Mary) and Harold Rehn, Jr..

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the family for an educational fund for Darla's grandchildren.
