He is survived by: his wife Vickie Douglas; his children, Angie Barham (Mike), Mary Salgado (Ivan), Stephanie Armoska, Paul Duyvejonck (Tiffany), John Duyvejonck (Michelle), Alpha and Nicholas Duyvejonck (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Hailee, Hannah, Lilly, Lakyn, Madison, Kennedy, Calvin, Nolan, Bailey, Tinley, Leah, Gabe, Henry, Kyler and Mya; and his siblings, Sue Lenger, Coal Valley, Judy Silversmet (Jim), Jennifer Milani and Vincent Duyvejonck (Jan).
