She was predeceased by: her parents, William Vaselin and Helen Steier Peshikan; her husband Cloyce Rowe; her son J. Gene Rowe; her granddaughter Brooke Yvonne Burton; her siblings, William Paken II, Michael Paken and Sharon A. Frazier; and her nephew Tommy Morehead.
She is survived by: her daughter Joan Crain (Darrick) of Andover; her grandchildren, Steven Burton (Randi) of New Windsor, Illinois, Makenna, Gavin and Kendyll Burton; her sisters, Linda A. Kincade of Arizona and Bobbie Mays (Gerald) of North Carolina; her nieces, Michelle A. Gage (Brent) of East Moline, Lori Morehead of Arizona and Pam Hayes (Joe) of Arizona; her great-nephews, Adam, Aaron, Joey, Jack Henry, Chandler and Chase; and her great-niece Bailey.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Old Oaks Winery (10814 1st St W, Milan, IL 61264).
