He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Leona Fredericks, Sr. (Windlan); his son Albert "Craig" Fredericks; and his siblings, Donald Fredericks and Ruth Fredericks.
He is survived by: his wife Carol (Smith) of Amboy; his children, Lisa Habben of Dixon and Cory Fredericks (Karla) of Indianapolis, IN; and his daughter-in-law Becky Fredericks of Amboy. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters; one grandson and 3 great granddaughters.
