He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orval Boen and Evelyn Boen of Alvin, IL.; his spouse Sherrill Boen (Cade); his children, Lori Horton (Todd), Kevin Boen (Pam) and Kelli Silver (Jared); his grandchildren, Tyler Horton (Jamie), Katelyn Pundt (Brandon), Jake Horton (Shelby), Kaylan Hines (Riley), Shayla Ohl (Jacob), Luke Horton (Ashley) and Collin Hoskins; his great grandchildren, Jameson, Rylann, Reagan, Casen, Landry, Evelyn, Ira, Taylor, Kenlee, Sage, Layla and Kolsen; and his sisters, Shirley Cox and Karen Koehn.
Memorials may be made in Kenneth's memory to the Vermilion County 4-H Programs.
