He is survived by: his wife Martha Marie Pettice; his sons, Casey Phillips (Janice) of Bismarck, IL and Bruce Phillips of Rossville, IL; and his grandchildren, Eric Phillips (Misty) of Oakwood, IL, Kurt Phillips (Miranda) of Covington, IN, Greg Phillips of Alvin, IL, Terri Foley (Tim) of Covington, IN and Chyanna Phillips of Alvin, IL. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and one on the way; and 11 nieces and nephews.
