He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Sroufek and Beverly Sroufek (Beddow); his brothers, Michael Sroufek (Suzie West) of Alvin, IL, Ronald Sroufek (Jean) of Alvin, IL and Leonard Sroufek, Jr. of Alvin, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Sroufek, Jr. (Susan), Brooke Thomas (Ernie), Josh Sroufek (Sammie), Dan Sroufek (Cathy Jo), Doug Benjamin (Elizabeth) and Leonard Sroufek.
