She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Bellamy and Violet Bellamy (Barber); and her siblings, Charles Bellamy, Dale Bellamy, Margaret Boyer and Barbara Bellamy.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Jacobson; her children, Donald Jacobson (Chrissy) of Elmwood, Marquie Smith of Altona and Penny Leafgreen, Jr. (Paul) of Altona; her sister Alice Madvig (Fred) of Galesburg; her grandchildren, Natasha Emery, Krishonna Smith, Amber Leafgreen, Andrea Leafgreen, Rachel Jacobson and Cameron Jacobson; and her great grandchildren, Rozalynn, Myles, Lyric and Karma.
Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Altona or OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
