We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2021, at the age of 67, Ricky L. Hazelbower of Altona, Illinois, born in Savanna, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald F. Hazelbower and Dorothy L. Hazelbower (Jones); his wife Debra K. Bainbridge; his brother William D. Hazelbower; his niece Cindy Hazelbower; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Peterson and Eileen Hazelbower.
He is survived by: his former wife Deborah K. Opsahl; his children, Ricky L. Hazelbower of LaCrosse, WI, Jordan F. Hazelbower of Altona, IL and Carissa L. Gerke of LaCrescent, MN; his stepchildren, Todd Washburn (Shelley), Rachelle and Carrie Washburn; his siblings, James H. Hazelbower of Lanark, IL, Dolores G. Peterson of Circleville, OH, Judy A. Allshouse (Edward) of Circleville, OH and Linda McCabe (Don) of Avon, IL; his sister-in-law Jan Hazelbower of McConnell, IL; and his close friend Rusty Parker. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, numerous step-grandchildren, 14 nieces and nephews, several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Because of Covid restrictions, there will be no visitation, but a Celebration of Life is tentatively planned for Saturday, the 29th of May.
