He was predeceased by: his parents, George Eble and Faye Eble (Comp); and his siblings, Mary Loudenberg, Jim Eble and Edith Bosch.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Dietz of Altona; his children, Teresa Ellis of Toulon, Gary (Janice) of Tiskilwa, Brian Eble (Beth) of Queen Creek, AZ and Mary Maskiewicz (Robert) of Altona; his grandchildren, Nathan Eble, Renee Hathaway and Dylan Eble; his great grandchildren, Will and Rowan Hathaway; and his siblings, Larry Eble (Janet) of Kewanee and Judy Bachman (Joe) of Roanoke, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
