She is survived by: her children, Rebecca A. Blakely of Washington, D. C., Lenora Gipson (Marco) of Godfrey, IL and Willie Ivory Greer, Jr. of Alton, IL; her sister Jimmie Lee Martin of Jackson, TN; her half-sister Jennie Jones of Seaside, CA.; her grandchildren, Elsaventer Branch, Consuela Barham of St. Louis, MO, Anthony Barham (Alexandra) of Fayetteville, N. C., Constance Greer of Washington, D. C., Lois Greer of Washington, D. C., Markelia Gipson of Los Angelos, CA, Deron Scruggs of Alton, IL and Sherika Long of Jackson, TN.; her great grandchildren, Ja'Quez Roberson of Alton, IL, Jordyn Greer, Jasleen Greer of Washington, D. C. and Calleigh Hill of St. Louis, MO.; her sons, Abe Lee Barham Jr. and Laymon Blakely; her goddaughter Nina Milton of Fort Worth, TX; her children, Leslie Harris, Jamar Mosby of Fort Worth, TX and Louis Cherod Bratton of Rosesville, N. C; and her sisters-in-law, Jeanette Goff of Jackson, TN, Maggie Clark of St. Louis, MO and Carrie Greer of Alton, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church (626 E 4th St, Alton, IL 62002). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Funeral Trinity African Methodist Episcopal Church (626 E 4th St, Alton, IL 62002). A burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Upper Alton Cemetery (2090 Oakwood Ave, Alton, IL 62002).
