He is survived by: his children, Sherri McBride (Ed) of Alton, IL, Terry Forsythe of Alton, IL and Randy Forsythe (Kathy) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Dustin Snyder, Brandon Forsythe, Lindsey Snyder and Lauren Forsythe; and his sisters, Charlene Forsythe and Genon Bridges.
